VOLCA DRUM (Experiments at NAMM 19) - Including BETTER STEP JUMP! z16

Just trying things out here... Among many other features, the Volca Drum includes an improved "step jump" function which automatically stays "in beat" when you release it.
(So, how can we get the others updated to do this? ; - )
There are a lot of interesting sound possibilities in this new device.

Cool video. Can't wait to get my Volca Drum.  I hope all this online excitement about the KV Drum will bring its release forward a few weeks.  I wish/hope/pray Korg will bring out mkII editions of the original Volcas that address their frustrating shortcomings. I'd like a KV Beats with swing, velocity/accent and memory for 100 chainable patterns.  I'd like a KV Bass with external access to the individual VCOs and memory for 100 chainable patterns. I need a KV FM with 9 note polyphony, portamento and memory for 100 chainable patterns. A KV Sample with USB file transfer and yes, 100 chainable pattern memory would be excellent. A KV Keys with 100 pattern memory would be useful too.  I wish Korg would bring out a hardware sequencer that can sequence the Volca Motions. I've got a beatstep Pro and that can only sequence notes. It'd be awesome to h have a device that could control the Beats's stutter/pitch controls or the KV Drum's onboard effects.  Hopefully somebody who knows somebody who is affiliated with Korg will read this.... I live in hope.
