Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Restart Steam, verify the game files
Step 3) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 4) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router, plug in the power cable back to the computer and then start your computer
Step 5) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 6) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 7) Use Google DNS Server
Step 8) Switch to a different network/use mobile hotspot, close VPN
Step 9) Use Ethernet connection
Step 10) Update Windows

Its working when i connect to my portable wifi which runs on Sim card but when i connect to router its shows me the same error message

I changed the platform that is from steam to epic, and the issue got resolved . But sadly i lost my progress, since its a new account::

so far the only solution i found is using ur mobile data to play
i remember this issue in other games i play on PHONE
basically it deems your Wifi network as not stable hence works on mobile data only
