I followed these 2 recommendations and it fixed my issue with my frametimes--my .01% and 1% lows were greatly improved and my average FPS went from 115-120 to 165 in warzone.

There is a lot of misinformation on this video. The author of ISLC even says that he made it with 16GB RAM in mind and setting the free memory above the default 1024 is not recommended. Setting it to half of your available RAM as suggested here is ludicrous. There is not one benchmark to prove. Beware of Panjno's videos they are not evidence based.

Please please do your research before applying these settings... the reason your benchmarks give you more fps is because with HPET Off each FPS is no longer reading each FPS normally its false readings. This is a never ending topic... in the end it's best to just leave the windows defaults long term.

XD I am not sure if I should use "Start ISLC minimized and auto-Start monitoring" or "Launch ISLC on user logon. (TaskScheduler)"??? How do these option differ and why should I use one or the other? I don't get it... XD

Could have told people to try the driver 457.30 amazing driver for low latency but doesn't work in all games that need newer drivers like BF2042 sadly but great video anyways just an extra tip.

FYI the free version of timer resolution is for windows xp, vista, or windows 7... if you have windows 10 you will have to buy it the V2.
