When will car manufactures stop producing Petrol and Diesel engines & move over to electric vehicles
Показать описание
This video summarises the commitments made by OEM car manufactures to phase out the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), Gasoline petrol and Diesel engines. Including the end of new ICE vehicle launches and ending ICE sales either regional or globally.
In most cases, the last new ICE vehicle launches will happen between now and 2026 for the Core Premium brands.
Whilst some brands have completed the transition to 100% BEV sales already (Smart and Polestar), most have stated 2030 as the target including Volvo (Global), Bentley (Global) and Mercedes (for selected markets).
By 2035 the transition will be almost complete.
