How to play Uno Royal Revenge

RULES:
The rules are the same as regular uno except for these changes. The youngest player wears the crown and holds the royal scepter first, making them the king. The king chooses another player to be the jester by flicking the scepter in the direction towards them, making this sound… Indicating that play begins. That player puts on the jester hat and the king starts the play.

Whenever the scepter sounds a fanfare, the player to the left of the king becomes the new king and wears the crown and takes the scepter and flicks it toward a new jester. The new king is allowed to pick any player to be the jester, including the player who just was the jester. Play then proceeds with the king.

If it has clearly been longer than a minute and you haven’t heard the fanfare sound, have the king wave the scepter until you hear this sound… this will start a timer inside the scepter as to when it will play the fanfare sound.

Whenever a wild card is played, the king gets to pick the color. Whenever a +1 king’s choice card is played, the king choose any player, and that player must draw 1 card. Whenever a +1 Jester card is played, then the jester must draw 1 card. The kings choice and jester +1 cards may be played on each other or on their matching color.

When a new round begins, the role of king passes clockwise to a new player. When scoring, the kings choice and jester +1 cards are worth 20 points each.

9 = Reverse

My house rules on UNO Royal Revenge:
No Royal Scepter
Player picked the highest number card before Round 1 (count any non-number card as 0) becomes the first King, while the lowest number becomes the Jester
The winner of the last round becomes the King in the next round, while the player with the highest card total at the end becomes the Jester (count Action Cards as 20 points, and Wild Cards as 50 points)

Next thing you should make is a new how to play catan sense the one you did was over 5 years ago and has the board setup has been redone by then. It would help me out a lot because I can’t figure out what to do with some of the harbors sense there is some already one the board and you get them as pieces to.

Whenever jester plays jester +1 card, the king must draw the total amount of 'jester +1' card played when he/she was the king.
