Workout Plan:
1. Warm-Up: 5 minutes of dynamic stretching
2. Pull-Ups: 3 sets of 8-12 reps
3. Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
4. Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
5. Seated Rows: 3 sets of 10-15 reps
6. Deadlifts: 3 sets of 8-12 reps
7. Cool Down: 5 minutes of static stretching
