I have anxiety pretty often, even when nothing is going on. And I usually result in watching something to distract myself or listen to pop music to calm myself down. I guess for awhile I forgot to turn to God for help, to look at him when I'm going through something. For the last 2 weeks, I have been working on trying to recover my relationship with him as I was running away from Christianity because of my sin and shame. But I'm back to asking God for my sins to be forgiven. I am still amazed at how great God's love is. To accept me once again and give me healing. Help my anxiety to slow down. Now I feel a bit better listening to this.
