I NEED this!! The benefits of a mentor are incomprehensible compared to any other relationship one can have in life imo

My mentor is my MS advisor who in fact first told me about your channel. He is my mentor because not only he provided me hour long 1on1 meeting twice a week even before I admitted for my MS, but also he can truly teach things the way it should be taught. He almost never directly shows me how to let's say perform a calculation but the guidance he gives is just on-point and perfect with the prerequisites I have. I became very appreciative of my mentor when I realized it is far easier for him to perform the calculation, or to write a paper than it is to teach me those things, and get done it with me. During my training session, he even did everything I was assigned before assigning those things to me to see if I can reproduce those results. If I stay in academia, I want to be a mentor just like him

During my studies, I didn't have an influential mentor. Currently, I am a mechanical engineering bachelor science 2017, but after i found your videos last year, I gained again the desire to pursue a master's degree, which I plan to enroll in later this year. So, for now you are my virtual mentor, or better yet, motivator.😊 Additionally, I want to express my sincere support for your video clips. Your dedication and passion for the topics you cover are truly inspiring. Each of your videos carries deep motivation and knowledge that you are willing to share with others. Thank you for that. Good luck in all your future projects! 😊

I study material science in one of Iran's top universities, and actually our university was the first place that had the field of ceramics in it. The father of ceramics in Iran actually founded this, brought the science from England, and my professors are his students, so basically I'm in pretty good hands, but I want to leave my country to pursue higher education someplace else, and I want to know that what do you think about this, especially when you said you worked in ceramics, and do you think it has a future, especially in Europe or USA? And in case of my mentors, they are my mentors, and I am really proud to be a student, and hopefully I can make them proud.
PS: Legit love the videos and please talk more about ceramics
