Pytorch is a machine learning “library” that you can use in python. It lets the programmers build powerful machine learning models quickly without having to think too much about the underlying calculus/ statistics.

The big 3 that come to mind are keras, tensorflow, and pytorch.

Everyone is wrong about the tax cuts in Brittain. Tax cuts have always created economic growth, jobs and wealth for everyone. It's what every country needs to do to survive all the political corruption of the past 60 yrs of insane spending, debt creation and taxes. Sounds like Yellen, who, without any real argument, tries to convince people that next year inflation will come down and all is back to normal.
