Great work! Although it would be interesting if you would share findings of the research as well as the facility walk through. Stopping loss our reef systems is vital to our future survival as a whole and educating the public is wher this starts. Having recently visited Bio 2 I have hope that this one of a kind facility could do just that if a little less focused on the past history (although this is important) and more on what is being contributed today-just a thought

I was on this land before Biosphere, It was a Titan II missile silo with a 10 meg. war head. From one extreme to the other.

Problem is they are calling this hydrosphere an ocean. Thus comparing it to an actual ocean. You're never going to have the same setup. You can get similar results but not 100% naturally. This is no more an ocean than the Pacific ocean is a hobbyists aquarium.

It would worth to avoid calling Mexico "our backyard" (it's an independent nation), and acknowledging that the Gulf of California belongs to Mexico, so it's better to talk about scientific collaborations.
