Hats off to the man of aquaculture shrimp farmer. It is a hands on job; where you have to know shrimp habitat, soil quality, water, shrimp population, water temperature, oxygen, ph levels. He studies shrimp behavior. Harder but it pays when harvest comes and your shrimp had the consistency as to taste. They are sweet tasting. If not the work for perfection does'nt stop to better the previous harvest.
