"An American Tragedy" is a novel by American writer Theodore Dreiser, published November 17, 1925.

It is based on the 1906 murder of his girlfriend Grace Brown by Chester Gillette[1] and the similar case of Carlyle Harris and Clarence Richeson. Upon its release the novel was a great success with readers. Horace Livwright, the novel's publisher, produced a theatrical version of the novel in 1926.

👎 Badly written resulting in a poor “video.” (I’ll give the author the benefit of the doubt and assume that English is not their first language.)

The glaring and irksome “subscribe” banners that were overlaid on the video (the only thing that even makes the video even animated) lower the video from annoying to objectionable. Obviously, this is little more than click bait to collect revenue from advertisers.
