FAANG Stocks Crashing! | Is this the END?

Since the market peaked just before the new year we've seen drastic change in character from the previous leading FAANG stocks. From their all time highs the stocks have declined:
AAPL: -14%
GOOGL: -25%
AMZN: -34%
FB: -48%
NFLX: -73%

Along with FAANG stocks other megacaps have seen sharp declines as well:
TSLA: -30%
NVDA: -46%

With all this carnage it's surprising that the indexes have held up so well, although the Nasdaq is now officially in a bear market. From their highs; QQQ: -23.3% and SPY: -14% while Cathie Wood is down 70% on her ARKK fund.

Three takeaways from this video:
1. The market leaders in the previous bull market are rarely the leaders in the next one. FAANG stocks are more likely to be laggards going forward.
2. Respect the 50/80 Rule. During Bear Markets 80% of stocks will decline 50% from their highs while 50% will decline 80%. This includes the previous leaders!
3. You don't have to trade everyday! This is not a market conducive to making money. The best thing to do is sit on the sidelines and study study study so you're ready for the next bull market.
