We are dead to sin. I no longer live in it because I died to it and to the law! Am I perfect? No but I place no demands on myself. I don't try to clean up my flesh to make it look more holy and righteous, I trust in the Lord and approach the throne of grace with CONFIDENCE to obtain mercy in my hour of need. When you sin, don't run from God, run TO God!

When I was living in sin, satisfying the flesh. The Lord God was a 2nd or 3rd thought, if at all in that moment.

Looking back over my life and where I am today & I am grateful for His mercy. I look back and don't know how I just happen to have enough money to get by, . When I felt alone, hurt & disappointed, He was there. Every terrible time in my life, something good would be around the corner. Looking back, I see that now. In war in Iraq & Afghanistan, I could've died if i had stayed in an area 1 min longer or I just happened to be a little to the right and the bullet just grazed me. Every bad suitiation, something positive happened afterward.

Even living in sin, God can deliver you and forgive you if you.

Paul is correct in saying that ( though we are new creations ) sin remains in our members. Our human flesh is the same old flesh.
