Awesome to see thinking basketball getting recognition from the league and being elevated to a bigger stage!

He's like a great QB on a basketball court. He releases the ball just prior to the sack when the defense has committed.

Back to back 20/20 games is historical

Thinking Basketball is the best. Each episode has insane replayability too. One of my favorites is their episode on luck. They talk about it as a thing in and of itself but also discuss how it can be a quantifiable and somewhat observable statistic, it's fricken great stuff and absolute word candy.

43 assists and only 2 TO's over the last 2 games is beyond crazy.

LOVE THIS BREAKDOWN! One of the flashiest, funnest players in the league right now, so much potential! I hope he manages to find even greater heights than our former Point God... his scoring and charisma feel even better than CP3's at times--hope he gets the longevity and luck needed to succeed 💯

This video showed his strengths but really exposed his weakness. He's really vulnerable to blitzing which is what the Lakers did during the in season tournament.

Incredible breakdown as always. TB is the only analyst that dissects a topic that anyone has never thought of.

Jumping to pass is only a bad idea if you don’t know where you’re going with ball. Tyrese is very aware of where players are on the court so he makes very few mistakes while doing so.

Old skoolers remember coaches yelling at players for passing while in the air.
Today jump passes are lethal.

He's next level at reading the defense. It'd be a great interview to ask him about it and how much is instinct and how much is training and congnizant decision making.

God I love this. I was taught so hard not to jump on my passes when I was young. But it was my style, for the reasons stated in this video, and I wasn't turning the ball over. Still, I listened to coach and didn't get back to jump passing until adulthood.

Caitlin Cooper wrote about this about a year ago so give her a shout out if you can. One of the most talented basketball writers out there.
