How to Make Skyrim More Immersive!

Thing with Skyrim is that it's basically a role playing game, but not many actually role play there. They just play

ive been planning to make another character for around a week now, but ive dreaded going back to the same old game with nothing interesting to do. first i decided i was really gonna roleplay with this one, and made it so i had to properly eat and drink (of course, only using alcohol for drink (because theres no water and im not wasting my money on skooma or something expensive just to keep myself alive (ill probably be addicted to skooma later on)) every once in a while or i would get barred out of using my stamina bar, and i had to get a nice meal and go to sleep before i could level up.

then i watched this. ho boy, this is gonna be a lot of rules to remember.
im gonna turn the hud down quite a bit, turn off the crosshair, and not use fast travel unless im going across the map (if im hungry or thristy, no fast travel at all). im gonna try and avoid using the compass for objectives, same with the map (for looking at objectives). if i cant find any information on the journal entry (or im too confused), im just gonna activate it so i can look at the map (or progress through dungeons).
i want this to be casual yet hardcore. if i break the rules, it wont matter that much, but ill try my best not to.

As someone who hasn't played any modded Skyrim, base game Survival Mode feels like a mod to guide you towards the crafting systems and roleplaying in the actual world. Sure the temperature and hunger mechanics can be annoying, but that's the point. They're obstacles you have to overcome. Thank you for coming to my weird Survival Mode Ted Talk

Play "Dead is Dead" mode. On legendary difficulty. I manage to reach level 25 or so ... then I died because a random mistake.

so basically you are integrating Kingdom Come to skyrim, that might work, but I doubt it is long term fix

I do no fast travel barring carriages and boats but I've also felt really immersed when I also use the dragon riding mechanic for fast travel. I don't do it often but bending the will of a dragon foolish enough to face me while I'm on the way to Winterhold from Riverwood then getting a quick travel feels nice.

Hello spectr! Fan of your content already. But i have a question, is there a mod to balance the armors and weapons of enemies in skyrim? I find it quite unpleasant running into low life bandits wielding daedric weapons lol, please let me know! Really appreciate it!
