Last week I upgraded from the 6s Plus to the 15. Yes, the battery is terrible, at least it charges quick.

But if we see the track record of M chips. The efficiency of M4 is not very much improved from M3 and A17Pro. And M4 is built on this second gen 3nm process. So the chips in the iPhone 16 will most likely not get a much improved efficiency, most likely just much improved AI capabilities compared to A17Pro.
