I actually liked these crayola watercolors since it was the only good watercolor I had. The other watercolors around my area are those chalk like ones that dry with the texture of chalk and cracks. I only had one pair though since it came from the us from my aunt and I lost it :(

I think the important take away here is not to judge a product solely on its price and still look into reviews of it, I'm impressed with how well crayola made their watercolor set

I used to use this 10$ watter colour palette in all my drawings, was it perfect? No, but it worked really well! After a while i decided to buy a 40$ one, and i kind of regret it cause, in my opinion, the cheaper one was actually BETTER than the expensive one!

Omg yes!! These were my saving grace in high school when I couldn't afford expensive watercolors for myself yet. Crayola and Prang watercolors work really great.

All the watercolor paints I use are like $12 at Walmart for like 24 colors lol, defiantly not the best out there but they're good and work well

Treasure Planet!! Ah! So happy to still see love for this movie.

Also, DANG GIRL. Those colors came out so nicely. I'm so impatient. 😆 I could never wait long enough to get those pans to saturate. Once I saved up for a professional set, I lost all patience.

But this is so great for young artists or even broke art students. Though, I've gotta say, in my time in college, I had more than a few professors who would MAKE YOU take back anything that wasn't the brand they wanted you to buy. I get the reasoning, but also a lot of us are eating ramen, Mr. Professor! I mayyy have cheated a little and made false labels for some watercolor tubes and also dug old tubes out of the trash and split them to put what was left in my travel pallet. 😅
