I wasn't expecting that!!! Look how many people turned up...

I shared a post on social media and asked people if they wanted to join me for a HIIT workout on Bondi Beach in Sydney... I never expected so many people to turn up. It was so much fun.

big fan man..really working for me..i used to be obese all my life then few years back i started working out by myself without hitting the gym ..few months back i started gaining weight back again so i picked up your sessions man feels like working for me..but dont know how to manage your workouts on a weekly basis but still i am doin your 25 min session on daily basis and i love it ...i love you bro.
