Engineering has been around for a while, and it’s probably one of the oldest jobs in history. But one of the most common questions people always ask is, are there still jobs in engineering? Is it still in demand? The short answer is yes! To prove it, let’s look at its history…all the way from the Pyramids to AI that’s been trending recently. Hopefully, after watching this, you’ll gain 2 things. First, you’ll realize that there always was and always will be a need for engineering. Second, maybe by learning about its history, you’ll get some ideas for some cool stuff that you can build. Timestamps are as follows:

Learned more about engineering in this one video than in my first 8 months of engineering undergrad combined

The fact that the pyramids, Parthenon and Acropolis, Winchester cathederal, and so many fascinating buildings were made without the discovered applicationS of calculus and physics is crazy and impressive.

0:53 Somehow this was very informative. Now I know the difference between BC and AC while also learning why we use the year 2023 as our current year.

As an up and coming structural engineer, old archeological structures like the great pyramids fascinate me .

I am an electrical engineer student in Egypt if u have any tips to make me gain a lot of skills and be in another level when I graduate.
So please can u make a video about how to take advantage of the time in the collage period to be at the highest level possible when I graduate.

Hi Tameer,

I am a pharmaceutical science student and I was wondering how to deal with my procrastination as I am in my first year. I also find planning very difficult, because I have to process a lot of material at once. I would really appreciate it if you make a video for this.
And now i'm going to watch your video !)

Greetings your fan, from the other side of the world

Does the emergence of AI in recent times also create the need for mechanical engineering, as the AI will soon start functioning in forms of robotics and physical Technology which will have to be made by Mechanical engineers

What happened with Chemical Engineering and for a simple example the Haber/Bosch Processes, which forever changed the Ecosystems of the Planet or Metallurgy to give us all of those alloys or the Petrochemical Industry which gave us Plastics and other unintended consequences? Maybe another video on those later?

Great as always. Props also for putting "Jesus/Isa".

Also, I don't know if you actually know the origins of those TikTok video, but that is Diane Morgan playing a character called Philomena Cunk. In short, they're funny bad takes from a character, not actually her views.
