Incredible! The man literally couldn't keep that badger from escaping. After the man removed all the stones that the badger kept digging up to make a ladder Badger made mud balls & was smart enough to let them dry in the sun & harden. Smartest animal I’ve ever seen.

How he breaks out proves he's very intelligent. How he breaks into lion enclosures brings it back into question.

Interesting thing about the guy: he had no intention of running away. He broke out, and just hung around until they found him, or even returned of his own accord. He did it for the love of the game.
