Chaos in Italy! 6 inch hailstones suddenly destroy homes and cars in Brescia

The province of Brescia this morning, August 26, was hit by a powerful summer storm. Hail caused damage mainly in the western regions, while rain flooded roads and underpasses.

A very powerful summer storm hit the western part of the province of Brescia this morning, Monday August 26. Shortly after 7:30 am, hail hit Franciacorta with hailstones the size of tennis balls , damaging cars traveling along the A4 motorway. The rain then reached the city of Brescia where, around 9 am, the underpasses through Dalmazia and through Corsica were flooded.
