I bought this kit 7 years ago but they gave me steller silver metalic instead of black. It was my first time ever painting a car. It was my 72 Nova. They were very helpful over the phone but they told me that candy paint is very hard to paint especially for a novice. I was scared shitless but I went for it because I couldn't n refuse to pay Miracles $6k. It came out beautifully and wasn't hard at all. Just follow the instructions it came with and set you spray gun right. I got so many good compliments. Ppl was pulling up next to me when I parked my 72 CasinNova and want to take pics of it. Ieven got a pic of me n the local news weatherman in front of 7-ELEVEN.

if this is cobalt blue over black then this is not true candy, translucent because the black would had to remained black
