Burning calories is always an independent measure based on your gender, size, and metabolism so it's hard to be exact. These 10 minute classes can burn an average of 200 calories but the bigger picture is what 10 minutes of exercise can stimulate! Such as increased blood flow to the muscles, organs and brain, increased heart rate and breathing rate, boosting your metabolism and overall increasing your energy for the day! Keep it up!

I see you point but this style of workout is more for moving and flowing compared to other forms of strength training. Maybe not your cup of tea:) Be sure to check out Anna's Back to Basics 10 minute Class Fitsugar! Sounds more like you!

Hello and congratulations for your videos, thank you so much! I've heard that before 20 minutes the body is able to burn fat. So is it really effective just doing 10 minutes each day? Thanks! anyway I love the workouts keep on sharing them with us bye
