Good point on ease of entry Nathan.  That is one reason these small crossovers (yes, really a tall wagon, but what else is new?) have gained so much popularity.  Personally that is why I went with a Jeep.  I just can't hop in and out of those low slung seats like I used to.  I'm not at all alone in that.

If the BMW were as reliable as Lexus, I would buy one..  If the German cars were reliable, they would dominate the Planet !!

Love your guys' reviews, but do you think you could show more of the back seat space, and also Trunks of the cars next time, much appreciated!! Keep up the great reviews guys! Thanks 😬

Practically, it is the stripped down twin brother of the Buick Encore. I am amazed how forgiving the testers are towards the products of the American manufacturers and bashing the import cars for half as much blemishes. Drum brakes, cheap interior plastic, anemic engine, yet is absolutely acceptable for $26K according to the testers. On the other hand I am not even sure at what extent this car is American. Built on the ashes of a Korean Daewoo, manufactured in South-Korea, Mexico, and China. I guess the badge matters only.

The Lexus RC IS the most sexy coupé in its Class cause is a Real coupé and it doesn't look just like a 2 door sedan version of the GS as it happen with BMW 4 and Audi a5. The Benz E Coupe is very different from the E sedan but it is definitely not sexy in its squared design so Lexus is the winner to me.

Wow... Chevy Trax looks about 10 years out of date.

As long as the engine is reliable, I mean 5.6 seconds with 19 in city in a reliable engine isn't all that bad. That is of course unless you have been riding on one of their 3.5 v6 in the past, then it's boring to the point. I came from an IS250 to my current IS350 and boy its a huge difference. I'm looking forward to a new engine possibly going to come out in the next generation GS.

The bmw 228i is good for starter car! I just wish the tail lights ran across! The one it has now look crappy doesn't look like a premium design and does not stand out
