To sum it up radiology is pretty chill, not much paper work, integral part of medicine, for visual people, and pay is great!

Hey, Doc. I’m a brain tumor patient, and, I get regular MRIs, to check my head. I’ve had 3 occurrences, all found by routine MRIs. You all rock, and save lives. Radiology are the unsung heroes of medicine. Liked.

I love my job as a private practice radiologist for the last 20 years. I am the detective and problem solver. It's a great job. Thanks for the awesome videos!

I've been iffy on pursuing an MD. Worked closely with a radiologist in Hawaii who told me, '8 years will pass you by regardless of what you do. It's where you'll be after those 8 years that matters'. Stuck with me but still not sure especially since I got a little 2 year old.

My son is on the autism spectrum but the super super smart side of things and he gets hyper focused. He is REALLY into the details of everything. He sees things all the rest of us miss. He started watching anatomy documentaries when he was 3 and by 4 years old he knew the entire anatomy of the body down to what each chamber of the heart does and what the neurons in the brain “The Good Doctor” with better social skills.

He wanted to be a heart/brain suborn for many years til he realized he doesn’t want to cut people open. He decided this week that he wants to be a Radiologist for all the reasons you listed here.i will show him your video tomorrow. He will love it.

As a radiation oncologist resident I am very much inclined to say that WE use the most advanced technology in medicine :P
