Thank you- good to know!
The info that I have said that R. obtusifolius is "similar to Yellow dock/ R. crispus, but is inferior in action ... used for blisters, a cure for stinging nettles or poison ivy ... and a tea of the root for boils."
I was looking for R. crispus on our land - and found the broadleaf dock R. obtusifolius instead. Good to know that the broadleaf dock still helpful and worth tincturing ~
If you know of a good book source on the R. obtusifolius medicinal uses with more detail, I would appreciate it!

Thanks! So helpful, as always! Can the root be harvested now or do we wait until the leaves have died back?
