UNSW BABS Research Symposium - James Mills

In November, 2013, the School of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences held its annual Research Symposium at the Coogee Bay Hotel Conference Centre. Each year the symposium has have a different theme, and for 2013 it was “Improving Tomorrow through Science”. The aim of the symposium is twofold: to facilitate opportunities for collaboration among the various research groups within the School by creating awareness of the spectrum of research taking place; and to recognise the contributions of PhD students and Post-Docs to the School’s research output and provide them with the opportunity to present their research to their peers.
