Many small cap stocks listed on the ASX are under researched. In this video Michael Glennon of Glennon Capital gives investors some advice on what to look for when investing in a small cap company and how to avoid some of the common investor mistakes in this space. “The more experience you have investing in small caps, the more things you learn to stay away from… it is better to lose some upside on something speculative but be grounded and say I just don't think this business model will ever work”. Glennon believes that when examining a small cap business the most important things to concentrate on are management and cash flow.
