This sounds incredible! I pulled a muscle in my hip in late 2018 and have been so scared to work out this year because I was afraid I'd injure myself again. But it sounds like you've taken so much care to ensure we do these exercises with proper form, so I'm definitely going to buy it! I bought your book back when I began my fitness journey and that was a wealth of information, so I have no doubt this program will be amazing too. xx

love the training programme. Did the lower half of the week 1-4 yesterday and could feel it today. Cant wait to see how strong I get!!! Also to be in competition with myself for those Bulgarian lunges

Hey Zanna, Is this programme only suitable for those that are at a healthy weight? I need to loose around 10kg and was wondering if I can follow this whilst loosing weight in a calorie deficit. Many thanks Gemma 🌸

Hi lovely! Now, you did state very clearly in the video that this is a gym based program. However, i’m just going to be that person and check, on the off chance it’s adaptable for home use... I have kettlebells, adjustable dumbbells, bands etc. at home... could this new guide work for me? Many thanks Zanna! xx
