This book is one of a handful that I am unfamiliar with and I keep finding myself saying to myself "oh man, again?" every time I hear about the Israelites falling further and further away from the Lord once the judges passed away. One would think they might learn the lesson to serve the Almighty God... And it's amazing that He kept his promise to them no matter how far they fell, although He also didn't tolerate their disobedience. One last thought; this might be the most violent book in the Bible as well. God bless you for posting these amazing readings of the KJV!

I would like to highlight in the audio playlist in the Book of Genesis Chap 1:31, which is the last verse is chap 1, it will not play that last verse, if you will wait for a couple of seconds, a metal sharp click sound could be heard, then it will proceed to Chap 2...Could this error be fixed? If it is fixed, Could you prompt a reply to me? ..Thks.

The story oh Delilah & Sampson is one of the most troubling to me in Scripture.
Whatever was wrong with him that he would stay around such an evil woman after the first deception?
He had blatant actions & proof.

Did it not occur to him that he had this gift for the good of the nation & not for his own fame?
Did it never occur to him that he was signing his death warrant?

Whatever is wrong with her that she would treat a man in such a fashion?
Did it never occur to her she was playing for the wrong team?

My mother said people do not fear God.
She also said that
