Personal observation - Vishal outlets seems to be following Zudio stores.. Where ever small tier3 or 4 cities zudio is making a presence..these folks are setting an outlet. I believe for the long term this will be a good bet.. Oops having said that.. Public in Tier 3 or 4 vs Tier 1 or 2 cities has plenty of time to visit over to stores in person to kill time.
