Harris says Trump is 'increasingly unstable,' weighs in on IVF comments

Vice President Kamala Harris took questions from reporters before heading to Pennsylvania for a campaign event. Harris touched on Donald Trump's latest comments about in vitro fertilization and commented on questions about the former president's cognitive ability.
