Prior to the pandemic outbreak I would never have guessed how fast those next 5 years were going to flash past. The lockdown contributed in how i lost not just my sense of time, but my working rhythm and mental well being too.

I'm suffering from de-realisation. I've always been bad with time and I've always struggled with keeping up. Sometimes I'm stuck in the past, sometimes i think new events happened long time ago. The Lockdown made that...way worse. At some point in mid 2021 i set up an "anchor". It's the last time i can clearly remember everything that happened. It's hard to explain.
It's hard to live day to day, it feels like i was just released after 10 years in prison. It's insane, really
