Lori Vallow's preliminary hearing moved to May

Attorney for Vallow were back in an eastern Idaho courtroom Friday with two requests.

Furthermore : " In Idaho, a person has the right to disqualify a judge, without reason, without cause, just because, at least once in a case."
The Judge made the right move by recusing himself to avoid a possible conflict of interest.
While Lori has the legal right to play the system, the same system has the legal right to convict her.
I'll predict her lawyers next move will be for the upcoming trial to be moved to another jurisdiction as she will feel she won't have the right to a fair trial in Rexburg.
Bottom line, she is angry, being held in custody, coupled with an inability to post bond, for just over three weeks has resulted in this behavior to work the system.

understand why...anyone in jail can ask for this and especially such a high facing profile case/trial she can ask for judge to step down..no reason is needed...but only once...her attorneys can or she can ask/fire them because of differences in how to defend her..is the law.. that way there is no way if she is convicted for her to ever gain another trial on the fact of her rights were volulated..so yes it's a great thing...bad thing for her to do at this point though...but it's the law...I dont want her to ever have a reason for another trail...prison for life..or death..
