one of the PC shops in my country will stock on 70x radeon sapphire rx 470 4g nitro (not nitro+)... are they different in mh/s and watt from the rx 470 nitro+?

Apart from price Is there any reason to choose the saphire oc version over the nitro, msi or xfx?
I didn't quite get in which scenario a blower fan would be better. Mine would be the typical box-like rig and can't get to decide which one I should go for

Thats what I found out for Rx 470 vs Rx 480:

So like I can see, or find out on the internet for the asus cards (default mode, no OC):
Asus Rx 470 OG4 has ~ 20, 5 MHs ~195€ ~ 144W max. ~ 7, 02 W/MHs max.
Asus Rx 480 OG4 has ~ 23, 6 MHs ~248€ ~ 168W max. ~ 7, 11 W/MHs max.

Rx 480 over the Rx 470:
* Performance: 23, 6 / 20, 5 = +15, 12 %
* Price: +27 %
* ~ Same elec. power use per MHs, slightly more for Rx 480...

Some further Pros for the Rx 480: (Because of these 3 more Pros the profit could even be better on Rx 480, but it depends...)
* Needs less space as the rx 470 per MHs
* More Power per Rig or Bigger PSU means generally better efficiency, but some higher PSU classes are very very expensive, it's not linear anymore... because not in mass production...
* Rx 480 needs less cpu and mb units per MH/s
