How to Deal With the Ups and Downs of Life — Most People Forget the Last One

How we approach ups and downs of life is really a metaphor for how we approach our own ever-changing reality. We can do this in one of three ways. 1) optimistic 2) pessimistic 3) see things as they truly are (notice I don’t say “realistic” because no one can predict the future accurately).
Optimism is delusion, pessimism is negative, but to see things as they truly are is to awe at the beauty of the universe rather than some imagined one in your head.
To see things as they truly are without resistance, hate, anger or jealousy brings about a deep peace and inner calm. It is to live in alignment with everything that is happening in the universe. This video explains how to do just that.
