My dad goes to a hole in the wall local bar every weekend. All old dudes from 70's that like to rock out at open mic night. I'd never played for anyone in my life and my dad handed me the guitar in the middle of a song. I fucked it up by playing in the wrong key. But after it was done I pulled out this riff because I felt like the dudes around me can roll with the punches. I played the riff a few times and the drummer falls in line right on time and the band kicks in. It was awesome they followed me in the time between songs when nobody knows what to play next. One of the more memorable moments of my life. I got a free beer from the lady tending the bar because it was my first time lmao. Rock on ted.

Only live concert I've ever been to was Ted Nugent; I took my dad as a father's day gift one year. He looked around the crowd and said, "the first time I was a Nuge concert, everyone was like 'pass the joint'; now they're all like 'pass the Geritol'." Still had a blast, and there was a surprising number of young people there.
