My late mother had an autographed baseball signed by the 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers. She was a big fan but for some reason gave the ball to her cousin before she had children of her own. She still talked about the Dodger’s until her final days with us. She loved those teams. Makes me tear up just thinking about it.❤

Wonderful video, been going on a deep dive with Brooklyn Dodgers content and I love seeing this history resurfaced. Learning something new everyday, hope to visit Brooklyn for a more in depth look at the team's history and Brooklyn's history

my grandfather was a giants fan and turned me into one as a kid watching them and the yankees but I gotta say the giants and dodgers have the same amount of fans I honestly saw more giants fans at a giants mets game than the dodgers mets game I went to last year

Dude besides the Yankees the "Brooklyn" Dodgers not L.A (not the same history or city...once you left Brooklyn you cut your ties.) ... are the most iconic baseball team in history. Any baseball fan knows how legendary and iconic they were....let alone there existence.

this is some great deep history, where JJ Byrne/Washington Park (I) stands today, was the backstop area for the dodgers by 5th Av-5th St, or 4th Av-3rd St, cause currently the backstop/home plate area is at the corner of 4th Av-3rd St? any details are appreciated!!! Washington Park (II) was easy to figure out.

It's a shame that they ever left Brooklyn should have never happened, All because two men couldn't work it out
