- 180g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 20g vanilla whey protein
- 42g vanilla Greek yogurt (fat-free)
- 5g Oreo pudding mix
- 10g zero-calorie sweetener
- A tiny dash of xanthan gum
- About 15g of Oreo thins for mix-in and topping
Instructions:
1. In the Ninja Creami, add 180g of Fairlife higher protein milk and 180g of unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
2. Include 20g of vanilla whey protein, 42g of vanilla Greek yogurt (fat-free), 5g of Oreo pudding mix, 10g of zero-calorie sweetener, and a tiny dash of xanthan gum.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for 24 hours.
5. After refrigeration, load the Ninja Creami with the mixture and lock it in place.
6. Select the light ice cream setting.
