Keep on being an example for everyone out there, not just pilots, I'm a systems engineer, but I find your stories, your tact, your drive, everything, an example, at least for me, thanks man! (wish my english was better so I can be a little bit more descriptive but you know, you're a beacon, you drive people forward).

You nailed this Kelsey. I grew up in an aviation family (just now getting my PPL at the other end of my life) and your advice is bang on. Really, you could take everything you said and apply it to any career but it's especially relevant to aviation.
