Hi Charlotte! I adore watching your videos. You are a ray of sunshine and your positive energy is just like getting a little [virtual] hug from a friend. I’ve never commented before, but I absolutely have to give you a hug back on this one 🤗. Thank you for being so open, honest, and vulnerable with us. Sending you love from Philadelphia ❤️!

I am working as a confidence & business coach and what learned is that it all starts in the mind.

Telling yourself repetitively that you are attractive will program your subconscious to focus on that rather than cultivating a negative mindset.

I'm just starting on youtube to share my experience helping other women all over the world with their business and insecurities and would love to get to know you and hear your feedback.

I wish you all a joyful day!

I needed to hear this about you loosing your parents! It is hard to let go but it is what they would want you to do and you cannot change things also it is no disrespect to them. You never stop loving them! I guess you just use that energy to have good thoughts about them and always keep their love in your heart. It is always there!

Yesterday June 6th was the 4th anniversary of my mama death! Last September 26th was 4 years for daddy. I lost both parents in 8 months and I'm an only child. I cried so much suffered so much over their death. I ended up having a stroke. I was crushed, lost, bewildered. My family is no more. I tell you truly last week I finally realized that I must accept what has happened if I was going to keep my sanity. I can't make them come back to me. I can love them and cherish and miss them but I have to go on with life. I didnt die although I thought I would. Can't wait to read these book. Keep this type of video. Any kind help I can get to not crack up is worthwhile to me. I know the majority of my friends and associates don't understand this type of pain. I'm still new to your channel don't think I knew your mama and daddy had passed. I'm so sorry darling. Hugs to you 🙏❤🤗

Triggers: Creating Behavior That Lasts - Becoming the Person You Want to Be
by Marshall Goldsmith I'm enjoying the simple, concrete suggestions. Here's one: whether for work or home life select one thing from four categories: One thing to CREATE, one to ELIMINATE, one to PRESERVE, one to ACCEPT.

I am such an obliger!!! Holy Moly, it is good to tie it altogether to figure out how to achieve goals!

I love the 5 Minute Rule! I have personal "anger" issues from really crap things that I've had happen in my life. Anytime I feel that "trigger" I set a timer! There isn't any way to get over things, but you CAN move past the feeling right now. It's one of my best coping mechanisms!
I'm a total up holder with a few questioner traits and I love Gretchen! Her podcast, Happier, is always in my ear and I do her "Try this at home" suggestions. Great writer, great podcast, excellent breakdown of tendencies!!

Great video! Hope your trip was fun!!

Thanks for this as always I love your videos and especially enjoy watching them when I do the dishes! I did wish I could reach thru my iPad to give you a little hug when you talked about your parents. I bought that miracle equation book a while back because you recommended the miracle morning so much but I have only listened to half so thanks for letting everyone know knife sales isn’t the underlying them of the whole book. I’m sure you have read this one and mentioned it before but I think getting things done by David Allen is the OG most awesomest organization time management book and I have read and listening to it so many times. I’ll check out the Gretchen Rubin book and oh another book I’m interested in checking out is one by Maria forleo “everything is figureoutable” that comes out in the fall or something. Ok! Thanks for making the dishes fly by.

Hey Charlotte! Long time subscriber here. :) I absolutely LOVE your videos - you make everyday life, and simple things, seem more magical than I thought possible! Your drive, dedication, and ability to love everything intensely and fully inspires me daily. Also your commitment to your skincare routine makes me get my butt in gear when I don't feel like dealing with my own routine haha! Requesting more skincare/morning routines please <3 Lots of love from Canada!

I used to read self-help books but don't know why I stopped. But I really need something to get me going, get motivated and stay there. All three of these sounds really good. I like the 5 min rule by H. Elrod. And I think I'm probably a questionner especially at work. lol But I'm going to take the quiz and see. And I know Atomic Habits is probably the one I need to read the most. Thank you for the book recs., Charlotte! Onto take the quiz. Thanks to the link for all the books. I love reading on my Kindle.

You did a great job explaining the basic concepts in these books. I love self-help books, too. An OLDIE but a goodie that gives a lot of insight into different personalities is The Birth Order Book by Kevin Leman. Have you read it? I was amazed at how much insight that gave me about myself, my spouse, etc. It's a quick and easy read for avid readers.

These videos are very motivational. I have a hard time finishing a book, and I love getting the tips and info.
I am very much an obliger. And a starter lol.

I am a questioner. I have to have a really good why. Once I have a why, I'm usually good at sticking to it.

I'm also more of a starter, enjoy the process kind of person. I have a sense of grief at finishing many things.
