SR22-G3 Perspective Takeoff and Landing KCSG - New View

On this beautiful day to fly in Columbus, GA, I wanted to try yet another new mounting location for the GoPro Hero3 HD camera so that I could get an even better view inside the cockpit. This particular location for the suction-mount is on the passenger-side window, just above the headrest. I edited this down to just the takeoff and landing phases of flight.

That's a pretty good guess. The runway markings are at intervals of about 500 feet. Lift off was somewhere between the 1000 and 1500 ft markers - but maybe just a little longer than your estimate. The plane was at about 3000 lbs, and I had about a 2 knot tailwind - but I don't remember how warm it was that day so I can't give you the exact "book" calculation for take-off distance. But, I wasn't trying to do a short-field takeoff, so the takeoff distance was naturally longer than "book".
