This thing has been sitting on my desk since you mentioned it. So glad you posted this video! I finally programmed mine with the hello world and star field examples. Used the jumper wire and 115200 baud settings like you mentioned, worked great, no problems! I also stuck the thing to my fridge so I can confirm it does have a magnet inside. Thanks for this post, looking forward to more M5stick examples

My experience with their pulse sensor not detecting pulse was that the wire colors are not as expected ;-)

sadly the tuturial was not helpfull at all. In the test its the ESP32 in thie board manager, but there is a screenshot of the m5stick in the libary manager. And If i put ESP32 in the board manager I get no results. So I am stuck right at the beginning.
