PT// Visita às muralhas do Forte Manda, uma estrutura do século XIX construída para o rei Radama I. Caminhamos pelas ruínas, explorando os corredores e quartos que permanecem intactos. A fortificação não era feita de pedra, era feita de coral, casca de ovo e areia. As paredes elevam-se até 8 m, e em certos lugares tem 6 m de espessura. Vários canhões antigos ainda ocupam suas posições originais, voltados para os terrenos abertos. Dos pontos mais altos da fortaleza, podemos contemplar o horizonte do Oceano Índico.

EN// Visit to the walls of Fort Manda, a 19th-century structure built for king Radama I. We walked the ruins, exploring the corridors and rooms that remain intact. The fortification was not stone-made, it was made with coral, eggshells, and sand. The walls rise as high as 8 m, and in certain places stand 6 m thick. Several old cannons still occupy their original positions, aimed towards the open grounds. From the stronghold's higher points, we can contemplate the Indian Ocean's horizon.

Cānguān Fort Manda de chéngqiáng, zhè shì yīzuò wèi Radama I guówáng jiànzào de 19 shìjì jiànzhú. Wǒmen zǒuguò fèixū, tànsuǒ bǎochí wánzhěng de zǒuláng hé fángjiān. Fángyù gōngshì bùshì shítou zhìzào de, ér shì yòng shānhú, dàn ké hé shāzi zhì chéng de. Qiángbì gāodá 8 mǐ, zài mǒu xiē dìfāng gāodá 6 mǐ.
