I received an item not as described and I can tell that without even opening the package and so I want to return it.
The return was approved and I was sent a return label. However, the return label is FIRST CLASS. PO doesn't do First Class anymore. Package was sent Ground Advantage of course.

I spoke to PO and they say that they'll take the package but if there's a price difference of course I will have to pay that. No big deal really, but the principle of the thing has me a little miffed. I wrote the seller and asked for a Ground Advantage return label instead but this just happened so ofc I need to wait for them to respond.

My question is as someone without Prime how would I get in touch with someone at Amazon if this seller doesn't get back to me? I've been looking around at how to reach someone. I mean they must have a policy if the seller doesn't come through right? But I can only find something called Amazon Payments which doesn't have my order listed, I guess since I didn't pay that way? I paid with my debit card simply through my account.

Sorry for long comment. I'm pretty frustrated. Amazon CS used to so easy to reach but not anymore.
