Top tier sandwiches have excellent bread THEN fillings.
Personal favorite was/is/will-be... the hot-Pastrami on Rye. Simple, delicious and well executed. Can't escape a good Swiss and Pastrami with either/or: strong mustard and mayonnaise, cabbage slaw with double pickles and sliced onion.
So good with chips or crisps in the afternoon
