Do u have to change tyre when all three sections are below 1.6 or after just one section is below 1.6?

How are those tyres only a few weeks old with only 5 mm of tread?

I often get wrong readings with this. I have to zero it and try several times.

If you pull it full back and zero it, it's not the same as when you put it ona flat surface and press it. It gives 0.15-0.2mm more.
