Today were comparing the Samsung Galaxy S24 vs the Samsung Galaxy S23. I have used both phones extensively and can tell you that there are many small differences and also a few key major differences between these two phones that you should know before buying - all of which I will cover in this video!

Definitely Galaxy S23 for me. I think the design looks a little better despite the glossy edges. I'd use a case on it anyway, though, so it doesn't matter!

It comes down to the processor, as the other upgrades are minimal and doesn't justify the price difference. SD is better than Exynos in most situations, including battery life, heat management, and long term performance.

I got a s23 (barely used) got a s24 brandnew in the box (since the release date) using my s9 as daily driver and s20 plus as workphone. I'm gonna sell the s24 because of the new rumours that the s25 line all gonna be snapdragon again 🎉

Are you using the Exynos or SD version? Also, does the regular S24 also suffer from grainy or "sandy" display issues at low brighthness settings like the Ultra? Hope you will reply. Thanks.

I went for the S23. Snapdragon was one reason. Display is good and I don't have scratches after several months. I miss the edge screen, but I also have a case which prevents easy access to the screen edges, but helps protect the screen. I only upgraded from my S10 to improve battery life and camera quality.

(My whole point is getting a phone for next 5, 6 years with no lagging issues and any heating issues )
And also if it is worth SD gen 2 over EXYNOS 2400 beacuse i couldn't find any SD version of S24 in my country. Although im plannig to buy one in next week so i literally suck between two of these. And i really need your help.

Here in Colombia, the S23 costs the same has the S24+, which is stupid. But it is what it is, also, is the Exynos version for all of them, except the Ultras. So, I will have to import mine, lol

i had the s8 exynos then the s20 exynos. now i have the s23 as of today. i do miss the curved edge. the s23 pictures looks a bit sharpened compared to the s20. it will take me some time to get accustom to it

I already have a 23 ultra. It's crazy how it's literally the same phone for the last 10 years and probably won't change much. I even got the fold for and was super disappointed and went to the 23 ultra. I really want a fold, but they need to make the outer screen almost as big as this one.

this is my last time buying more than I can afford.

i’m probably going to get the S24 just for the extra longevity and for the smaller quality of life upgrades.

and also cause on the samsung website i’m able to get $200 value for my iphone 12 for a trade in and an extra 5% off with the education promo or whatever it’s called, so i’d pay around $570 i think for an S24
