The depth for each tier of quarry is in the description in the guidebook. The 3rd number in the digging dimensions would be how far down it digs. Sorry if you realized this already, you just seemed a bit confused.

This has to be some kind of coincidence, I thought my base on our new smp as a quarry will be creative and somewhat new, until this video popped up. I had spent over 20+ hrs trying to build it my own and now there’s an addon that does that in a fraction of an hour? You’re kidding. Nice video though, looks interesting.

We are currently working on an update with community feedback.

The hole sizes are calculated to be just over the durability of the pickaxe.

Another feature not mentioned in the video is protection from water and lava for the items dropped. It will fill in any leakage if lower down there is a hidden lava pool the quarry breaks into!

These quarries do, in fact, mine through Bedrock when placed on certain levels (most likely within their mining areas). So this should be something the Add-ons creators should work on for an update.

Example. For the book. 5x5x10... 5 wide. 5 long. 10 deep. They say how deep they go. I like this concept. It's useful. But not to OP. Because you would be close to burning one pickaxe for each of these quarry sizes

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like it's breaking blocks for the value of the pickaxe. So if you were to mine out those blocks one by one, each pickaxe would break at the point and depth the tool mined down to. The iron is the price you pay for it to be auto mined. Not too bad but yeah, for there to be more options and mining styles would be interesting.

There is an alchemy add on that can make it a lot easier to get netherite, it is also really cool.

You know when I looked at the quarry addon I thought it was going to be like the other quarry addon like where you can use fences as boarders.

I should really allow us to place how big we want it No matter what level quarry it is just make it take longer to mand use redstone torches to map out how big you want your quarry instead of it being autosized And it should dig all the way to bedrock

7:47 I mean even on ps5 bedrock wither causing too much lag due to randomly digging sinkholes to deep slate, all those items end up causing lag :cc

I feel like it would be smarter to be able to upgrade the diamond quarry similar to your armor and tools with netherite instead of sacrificing a pick for it.
